Arrival & departure
When can I check-in at the hotel?
You can check-in at 3 p.m.
When will the check-out take place?
Your room is available to you until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. A late checkout is possible upon request at the reception, subject to availability.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept EC, MAESTRO, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
Does the hotel have its own parking spaces?
Our hotel parking spaces are available based on availability and are not reserved. The cost per night is 5.00 EUR.
Breakfast, bar & restaurant
When is breakfast served at the hotel?
In our restaurant, you can enjoy a balanced breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, breakfast is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We are also happy to bring breakfast to your room. Please call our reception by 10:00 p.m. the evening before to place your order. We charge a fee of EUR 4.00.
How long is the hotel bar open?
The hotel bar is open from Monday to Saturday until 11:00 p.m.
When is the restaurant open?
Our restaurant is permanently closed. However, we are happy to open for groups of 10 or more upon request.
Meetings & celebrations
Where do I turn for a celebration at the hotel?
Just ask at the reception. Mr. and Mrs. Deisinger will be happy to assist you.
Are you planning a conference, a seminar or a workshop?
We offer you the perfect setting and facilities. Our staff at the reception will be happy to advise you.
Rooms
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or public areas. Please note that we will charge a special cleaning fee of EUR 100.00 if you smoke in a non-smoking room.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Each of our rooms is equipped with air conditioning. It only operates when the window is closed. You can adjust the temperature and fan settings individually.
Are there special pillows available?
We are happy to offer you various types of pillows to make you feel as comfortable as at home:
Spelt pillow 40 x 60 cm
Side sleeper pillow 40 x 140 cm
Neck roll 15 x 40 cm
Neck support pillow 40 x 80 cm
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at Löwengarten. We charge EUR 10.00 per day.
Are there baby cribs available?
The baby crib is free of charge for children under 2 years old. We are happy to bring one to your room.
How do I contact the reception?
At the phone number +49 6232 6270.
Is there a safe in the room?
With the safe open, please proceed as follows: After placing your valuables inside the safe, close the door. Then enter a 4-digit code and press ‘#-Lock’. The safe is now locked with your personal PIN. To open it, enter your 4-digit PIN, and the safe will open automatically.
Is there a wake-up service?
By phone call. Please inform the reception of your desired wake-up time.
Services
Is a laundry / dry cleaning service offered?
If you drop off your laundry at the reception by 7:30 a.m., you will get it back cleaned on the same day. Except on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Can I borrow an umbrella?
You can borrow an umbrella at the reception.
Can I send mail from the hotel?
You can get stamps at the reception. We are also happy to forward your mail for you.

Is there free Wi-Fi?
The Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire hotel.
Can I store my luggage?
You are welcome to store your luggage with us. A luggage cart is available in our hotel lobby for easy transport.
Can I rent a bicycle?
You can get bicycles through VRNnextbike at Postplatz.
How can I find a babysitter?
We are happy to assist you with arranging this.
Where can I get a current newspaper?
Current newspapers are available in our restaurant.
Is there a fitness area?
There is no fitness area in the hotel. However, our guests have free access to the Pfitzenmeier gym.
